It's also one of the reasons why I co-founded the #Climatematch Impact Scholars Program with other volunteers at nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpq3n2r9wjg8vfx4p9paz4auuw4h4pk4nkguhx5u7c72aa0526dh28qfwrdnn (nprofile…rdnn). last year, we made it a requirement for all micropublications to have a summary for the general public and we encouraged the scholars to explore creative formats. It was awesome!
We got text summaries but we also got poems like this and this, graphical summary, and we had a public seminar -- all the video presentations are available for each of the projects.
The Impact Scholars Program was so well received that nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqe6ku60wmh79lkesj22p2f4tu46ulqw69kayxmva7wvk4eeh3fptqxhfg7z (nprofile…fg7z) has now extended it to all the courses! It's one of the things I'm really proud of having co-created ❤️
