The difference between 'coach' and 'sensei':
A coach is for sports. They did the sport previously, and has some knowledge to pass.
Sensei is someone who has lived a life of mistakes and triumphs. All while studying martial arts, giving a thoughtful consideration to all experiences. Sensei means 'one who has gone before'.
A coach might only have a certification.
