Sure! (a quick back story) funny you mention Derrick, because I met him when he came to our state, back in 2021. I found out about him/Conscious Resistance through John Bush & Nicole Sauce, Jack Spirko (through their group podcast called Unloose The Goose—which is over now—back in 2020), and I found my nearest metro area's Freedom Cells group through someone in the livestream chat. I started an offshoot of that Freedom Cell in my town (St. Paul)4 years ago. We're going into our 3rd season of this outdoor Agora Market & skill sharing showcase will be part of this year's season as a new addition. Tcfreedomcell.com is our site.
Nostr is great for the most part for me so far (I joined in September). I think there are a lot more agorists out here in nostr space than we think, they just don't know that we'd label them as such, and probably never heard the term. I feel like it's my job to find and connect with as many of them that I can, because people who are still stuck in a relationship with the state and aren't ready to change yet aren't who I can help. If everyone realized they are free, it'd be an easier job, but for now, I'll leave those folks be until they're ready to figure it out on their own.
I don't think Freedom Cells are the end-all, be-all, but they are a great start to something bigger.
I think that right now, things aren't necessarily scary or terrifying enough for people to seek out such communities (such as it was in 2020), and honestly, starting one is something I always tell people whenever they say something like you expressed (about Philly).
Because complaining something doesn't exist isn't a solution, creating it is.
Cheers 😊
