If you're wondering about how to try #mindfulness, consider trying out one of these guided audio samples. There may be other types of spiritual mindfulness out there, but mindfulness to an ACT therapist is all about the ability to be in the present moment rather than carried off somewhere else by your mind, flexibly controlling your awareness to what you choose, and interrupting reaction and rabit trails with a noticing acceptance.

In the link, the 'Dropping anchor' exercises are for grounding during a difficult moment, while '#Mindfulness of the hand' or 'Hexaflexercise' may be good general introductions to ACT-infused mindfulndss.

The principles and approach you learn by practicing with any guided recordings can and should be later implemented outside of that moment. This is a skill to be learned. Like any other, it will not be easy at first, and you will become distracted or disturbed by what you observe. This skill's value is found when the fundamentals of psychological mindfulness are brought to bear on your ordinary day, perhaps even without your noticing.
