I’m getting some questions so:
Atlas V is an extremely reliable launch vehicle. These issues it’s having are relatively normal, however.
(1) It’s the first time it’s launching crew.
(2) It’s a now-retired rocket, and it’s older. The Starliner flights will be its last.
