I’m really starting to lose my mind on every person who says “but they/them isn’t grammatically correct” because yes, the fuck it is. It literally is. It actually, literally, is grammatically correct. It is, in fact, so grammatically correct that it predates he/him or she/her.
But then I’m suddenly arguing based on a premise set by people who expressly do not care about me – over a language that constantly contradicts itself and (thankfully) has no governing body. And this is how I lose.
