Christi Junior (npub1au2…wgql) not sure if you saw but they are releasing Ys the Oath in Felghana (Ys 3 Snes/Genesis remake) on the switch next year. Was originally on the PSP.
While the game is pretty good, it is difficult but shows mercy unlike the SNES/Genesis game. Also is 3d instead of 2d side scrolling. Plus if you die enough(you will) it lets you lower the difficulty.
Finally it also doesn't cap your hp at 255 and you can heal when you power up, unlike the snes game where you get three herbs and a heal ring you can use once (The final boss will take off 70% of health in one hit). One of the things you will notice is the game is MUCH harder at the beginning than it is near the end due to being able to heal with powering up.
But it is a fun game and definitely worth putting in the rotation of games for next year. Probably runs you 20 hours or so. When I beat it, it reminded me how brutal the SNES game was.
