Thinking out loud about how to eliminate hosted-proxy dependency for PWAs. Seems that
1. Feed host has to set the CORS header. Including for redirects.
2. Feeds have to be served over SSL.
Not positive about the second one, but pretty sure. Since SSL is required to install a PWA, http feeds are mixed-content.
