I thought this was interesting. I'm biased, but I feel as though there has been a growth in #legal "analysts" and "talent" in US media, acting as pundits on the foundation of a law degree but not knowledge. For me, punditry is a negative, a "both sides" combat that exchanges expertise for the use of imperative.
