Actually less is more if you trust those relays to not delete your notes. I think hosting your own relay it's a good idea, then you can use it as a write only relay.

If you can't host a relay, then look for a good paid relay that backup your notes, I recommend JellyFish (nprofile…gp56) it's behind a good team.

Finally, you can use my public relay wss://nostr.4rs.nl, I won't delete your notes unless they are illegal, spam, or scam. You can request a backup at any time.
