Hi SLCW, I'm glad you asked me this, there are at least three methods to stamp your seedphrase at home BUT in all three you will need basic tools to build a jig.
I found three methods for building a jig: the wood, the metal or the plastic method. Check these 3 videos below, each of them allowed me to decide the best solution for myself,
