I'm almost consciously not bothering to "plate" right now, or do anything neatly, as I'm trying to make this look as achievable as possible, so:

I've pulled off some chicken by hand, a mix of white and dark meat, and served with some green beans, initially cooked in butter and olive oil, and then simmered in veg stock with some oregano, and some roasted potatoes that I made earlier in the week. I've smothered with the pan sauce.

(This could, of course, have been presented more carefully with carved meat, piled potatoes and beans, but that's kind of the point. It all tastes the same)
