Nostr may still be somewhat vulnerable to DSA censorship enforcement. Relays are few. They are identifiable and can be doxxed to ownership, which can be targeted by law. They rely on public DNS, domain registrars, and CAs for TLS certificates. These can be attacked by law enforcement. Not nearly unstoppable and ungovernable enough to survive.
August 25, 2023: the EU DSA begins enforcement on 19 Big Tech platforms. I anticipate a rapid ramp-up in censorship and a loss of speech freedom. We should plan for contingencies, such as migrating to decentralized platforms (Nostr) that are ungovernable.

Very Large Online Platforms and VLO Search Engines are being targeted for enforcement by the DSA. If allowed to stand, we should consider these to be dead platforms.
