I see, thank you! So I, as someone who broadcasts a transaction, can get the right fee for a transaction by using past transactions and looking at the fees in the last block.
Then, if a miner has more transactions in his mempool, he might increase the fees. But then in this reasoning do you know how the miner would increase the fees if the bidders already sent their transactions based on past information? I don't understand how the current market information the miner has from his mempool gets reflected to the person who made a transaction from his wallet if the bids he does is based on past information.
