The so-called logbook of the world is not a logbook but a QSO-matching system. Input is QSO data, output is QSL data if the system finds both sides of a QSO & they match. It is not a logbook despite the name. Another IT-related failure of the ARRL. To be fair, the system's initial design was good but the subsequent management of the system has been pretty bad.
