whenever I see the high cost of these proprietary brand tool power packs and the propensity for new devices released by these makers requiring you to separately buy them, I start to wonder if there's a 3D printer model library of their funky shapes so we can start building our own battery packs that could work with anybody's tools. It would definitely be cheaper than a $100 battery for a $30 tool. It feels like the printer ink scam all over again.
