After decades of recording my workouts in paper notebooks, I’ve started trying out various watch applications that collection biometric data while also tracking sets/reps, providing rest timers, &c. The two best ones also calculate the total weight lifted per session (why?) and one of them generates an image to illustrate which body parts were trained 😆
