For the ASL, maybe have one front arm curved up and over like a cupped hand ready to receive a sign with the arm next to it pointed back to the body under the cupped hand signing “me”?

It also made me think of this blog post I stumbled on where someone made an illustration of the ASL sign for octopus where the hands making the sign are also an octopus.
