I decided to stop letting the excuse of not wanting a gym membership to get in my way and decided to pay myself what I would be paying a gym when I work out so I can take that money and save it towards a Blackstar guitar amp or something like that. Having an external carrot of some kind is essential for pushing past the initial ADHD hyperfocus cycle of a novelty.
