Did you know you can get neck arthritis? Yeah me neither until I couldn't sleep unless I was sitting up.
It's official fancy name is Cervical Spondylosis which sounds unnecessarily alarming.
It supposedly responds well to physical therapy and chiropractic care so fingers crossed because I would very much like to avoid surgical options thanks 🙏🏾
