Say I want to play around with some old sequencers/DAWs/trackers and #midi …
I can't use VSTs directly, and I don't have any synths, and little room. (I did just get a PicoGUS, if that helps)
Any interesting, not too expensive little devices I can get? Interesting synth boxes (without they keys)? Haven't soldered in 20 years, but maybe some Raspberry Pi project? Run VSTs on some other machine and connect them somehow to the retro system?
