Actually, having thought a bit more about this while sitting away from the laptop, actually I think the aggregate ranking not the per-capita ranking might actually be better as it s the aggregate emissions that are the problem even if morally we might want small societies with high emissions to act to change.... large countries with medium to large emissions (USA) are the real problem, of course
