Most of the businesses doing "woke" shit like this do so because of their ESG score and the fact that the Jews that run the banks give out loans based on that metric. This forces businesses to be "woke" if they want a business loan in the future. They don't actually care about this shit (some do, I'm sure, but most do not...they just see $$$).
I'm not sure if the state bar is subject to any of the same things, but if so, then that might be an explanation for why they are doing this. The risk of losing ESG points is greater than the loss of income from bar exam/license fees.
