Beans and rice and homegrown tomatoes with salt & pepper sounded like a good dinner tonight. ð

I made extra beans in the instant pot back in January so I pulled them out the freezer for a quick meal. All I had to do was make 1/2 cup of jasmine rice with bullion (I did a mix of tomato and chicken) and I have 2 meals.
