On my Twitter and YouTube feed, there's a lot of post related to the XZ backdoor, this backdoor was discovered on pure lucky, the guy who found this, wasn't looking for it specifically, this backdoor was sophisticated, but state level backdoor are even more sophisticated, i presume (I won't be surprised if this was sponsored buy state level agencies), it took this guy 2 years to fully implement this backdoor. What else is compromised??, I hope everyone starts looking everything and every open source code trying to catch backdoor likes this one or worse.
