What if the US Treasury put out a standing order to acquire any and all bitcoin at $1 million per. A mere $1 trillion would buy 1 million btc. The market cap instantly be sufficiently large and liquid for nation state use and settlement of international trade. It would be a coup de grace, and set the US up for hegemony for generations.
