that’s the main reason I tried to show grace and patience - because they actually DID put in the effort. And I know many wouldn’t. They seemed genuinely frustrated and surprised at the lack of options - and my hope is that since they experienced it first hand perhaps they will be more understanding with the next disabled person they speak to.
