Reducing distance driven and reducing car ownership helps disabled people by:
1. Reducing traffic for when they do need to drive somewhere.
2. Giving them more options for using public transport, by making it more reliable, frequent, cheaper and accessible.
3. Making it possible to walk places again, by freeing up pavements & making roads safer to cross.
4. Creating cycling infrastructure that allows disabled people to use bikes, e-bikes, trikes, e-trikes, wheelchairs & mobility scooters.
