If you haven't heard it, I can recommend a bootleg called 'Electrif Lycanthrope' - supposedly a pre-FM recording for a radio spot but the band's founder (Lowell George) was rumoured to have had a hand in the mixing!
Recorded 1974 and was only a vinyl boot for years but finally got an official release in 2021.
Just spotted it's on good old archive dot org!
