I don't moderate trending topics. I turned that feature off, so they just run on their own.
Because it's a single-user instance. I never looked at trending topics on Twitter, and I never look at them here. I don't care what people I don't follow are talking about, because the people I follow aren't talking about it.
So I just let it go on and do its thing. Nobody sees it, not even me, so what's the harm?
