update on the manager who said he wants all pakistanis to be killed. I gave him a red hat VM with some very basic shit set up on it and he logged in and accidentally downgraded openssl because he misinterpreted an instruction manual. this made sshd inoperable, but he forgot that I said this and told an oracle rep that a middleware installer erased all the users.
both he and an oracle rep missed the package downgrade mistake and tried to blame me for unrelated shit I did earlier. the rep called me buddy and scolded me that he has been doing this for 20 years. when they found out it was the openssl package, the oracle rep tried to blame the repository for hosting corrupt packages. it took 10 minutes for me to make them understand that my manager accidentally downgraded it. my manager still believes that the VM will implode someday if I don't perform initial setup rituals in some highly specific and retarded way that the oracle rep prefers to do it.
