Yes! I believe that prisoners should be included in voting and election matters. The best rehabilitation starts with these prisoners getting a chance to be included and valuable in society at large. Rehabilitation, not punishment should be our goal. Let prison be merely a ‘time out’ so offenders can find themselves & their footings in the larger society via education, job and a discovery of personal worth and value.
