The problem with my brain is I always feel guilty for putting time aside to enjoy the things I like doing. The minute I sit down to write, I feel I should be doing something our culture/society would deem more productive.
However, I've enrolled in a six week writing course and now my brain is absolutely fine with me spending every spare moment on my writing.
