I had one such heat run last Friday upon returning from Italy. I didn’t like it, went back to my morning runs less than twelve hours after it… Being alone on a run is great, I always prefer that.
By the way: Did you notice the pics from my run in Italy? I took my iPhone with me mainly for you. Usually I run too early, so apart from pictures of a lot of darkness there wouldn’t be much to bring home. But in Italy I started out after 6:30 am, so it was bright daylight.
