Up until recently it's been a net negative. Just pure doom scrolling my evenings away.
I had positive exchanges when I was looking into cyber security and learning python but other than that it's been pretty terrible.
More recently I've been learning through #nostr and although there is still the scrolling through, it feels like I'm actually here to learn and im not being manipulated by an algorithm.
