Dang I love #KDE's configureability!
After upgrades, #Firefox's picture in picture video windows stopped automatically staying above other windows - probably #Wayland related.
I wanted to fix it.
Without any searching, I tried right clicking a PiP window > More actions > Configure special window settings > Add property.
KDE auto-set the rules just for PiP windows. I only had to choose "Keep above other windows". As a bonus, it now easily also adjusts window opacity to 75% when unfocused too.
