others have pointed this out already, but it really blows my mind that 4 seats translate to about 4m votes, but also to 2m and to 0.2m votes. 5 seats translates to 0.5m votes. And 3.4m votes means 70 seats, and so on ....
For me, as a mere observer from the continent, this looks weird, to put it mildly. What is the idea behind this, I mean there must be some kind of good enough and rational reason to do it like this?
