So, I recently got rid of about 50 pounds or so (for the third time in my life) and I'm still working my way towards being better at understanding my caloric needs and planning for them.
I've been using nutritionvalue.org as a FANTASTIC database/calculator/recipe store, but it gets old searching for the same things repeatedly.
So, I started building a spreadsheet of my most commonly used (and searched for) food components.
