#WritersCoffeeClub 5 Feb. Can you feel the emotions of your characters when you write them?
Oh heck yes!
When I am writing I am lost in their minds and emotions and if it is a difficult time for them I need time after to recover.
Even in just general bits of their lives I have to read back to see where they were, before, how they were feeling, what their voices were, to provide continuity and to remind myself of what they are going through and how they are feeling.
The only place that has come apart has been the daily #HarrietAndDaisy vignettes where I just write their conversations to go with the image.
There has been too many gaps in my writing now, and I really miss being lost in their lives on a regular basis.
