Volatility. Time to ratchet. Have fixed % move targets for up and down side. And fixed limits on how much to buy on downside and how much to self of that when you get percentage to upside. Rinse and repeat. If you want to and are connected up to play such trading games.
But I doubt government needs to be involved in that in bull market. Especially re meme or other alt coins. People expect volatility, especially in alts. Most FOMO in at pricelessly wrong point and sell at worse point. Last crypto bull for a while you could practically throw a dart at a board of cryptos and make money unless you were too stubborn to take some profits. People will be greedy for that again. Government *could* manipulate it but I think volatility so far looks pretty normal for the bull season.
