I run my own Bitcoin Cash node and Bitcoin Cash has 5 node implementations while the crippled Bcap (BTC) only has one controlled by a few people, totally centralized.
It is fine for you to experiment with some capped version of bitcoin for your laptop but I will use the network capable of world-wide adoption.
