I delivered a non-renewal notice to a rentoid today and that was his reaction
He emailed me all week complaining, claiming he won't ever pay the correct rent, claiming that I should PAY HIM money to live there (yes, really), even threatening to fight me.
I kept warning him that he needed to lose his attitude and find his back-rent otherwise he is going to be evicted
So I left him a funny lil notice on his door
His lease will terminate now at the end of april instead of the end of july.
He emailed this afternoon literally shaking (he's a jew)
