I finally found this one again, thanks to you. I've been describing this cartoon to people in person over and over. They all ask me if we should be worried about AI, and I say "hell yes, prepared to die" -- then I tell them the story how two AIs invented their own language because humans are inefficient, and how the courts are already using (10+ years) algorithm you cannot question for sentencing.
