I got turned down for an apt. because I make $200 less a month than their threshold. They wanted 3X the monthly rent and I came up $200 short. I'm currently paying more rent in my place than the new one was asking for. If I can get a guarantor that makes 5X the rent to cosign then I can get the apt.
