Sitting at my desk a though begins to fester in my mind i try and smother it, underestimated the power of the mind i get tangled up and feel the emotions infused with this thought. I pick up my pen as the ink flows on the page before i know it my soul lets go of all the negativity onto this page of regret, doubt and fears. Release is the word like a drug that just exploded in my system and spread to my heart. Pupils dilated, palms sweaty, heart racing, god writing is such a rush such a comfort the only time i feel free, the only time i feel me.
