I thought a bad lot of high fatigue might be my new normal too - but you never know. And hey - please be gentle to you - you’ve only JUST had that mini stroke/whatever they are calling it/episode that was so very scary and wobbly!
Anything like that takes time to recover from. I had a “something weird” happen in 2020, and next thing I knew I was at the bottom of three steps with a spiral fracture in my lower spine, and that took a long time to get back to my “normal” chronic fatigue levels that I’d been managing since 1992.
These days my art journaling/ art therapy group sessions are my escape from the house, and they’re my sanity saver.
Also, I can’t stand Verstappen! Booooooooooo!
