1. Unrepresentative senate, where CA & WY each have 2 senators, despite CA having 68x the population.
2. Electoral college, where two of the last three GOP presidential victories were popular vote losers (2000 & 2016).
3. Washington D.C. lacks representation on the Senate & House floors.

4. Gerrymandering, where the political majority creates local & congressional districts to give themselves an outsized majority.
5. When all that is still not enough, do anything possible to restrict voting by limiting ballot drop-off boxes, curbing early & mail-in voting, prohibiting student IDs, voiding ballots from lawful voters based upon technical deficiencies, etc.
