My nervous system periodically throws up its hands about my inability to fix whatever is hurting it, and starts throwing shit at the wall, quite often in the form of a migraine, but tonight in the form of pulsing pain from neck to jaw to temple, and medicating and meditating to cope is going to be my project for half the night, I suspect.
