That, somehow, the word "pagan" is a sufficient explanation of who I am.
I've spent years on (now defunct - thanks a bunch, social media) pagan discussion boards. Herding cats doesn't come near it.
There are very few who realise how little the word tells them, I find. I don't mind if they are uninterested in knowing more – but I'd rather not be faced by assumptions that I am the popular image of a long robed Druid, or similar.
