& sugar (although you get sugar-free versions now everywhere.) This coffee is percolator brewed and served in a metal glass-tumbler combo called a Dabara.

You're ment to pour little amount of the kaapi out from the glass into the tumbler so it cools quicker. You drink out of the tumbler while the glass keeps the rest of the kaapi warm.

It's one of my favourite ways to drink coffee.
